Maintaining good health is become very important. You cannot do any activities while you’re condition is not well. In this recent year people are concern about maintaining their health. They try and learn how to always in a good condition every day. Actually this is not hard to do but sometimes we just ignore and keep living with bad attitude. We work late and eat unhealthy food, sometimes smokes and taking drugs and alcohol to reduce stress on dead line at work. Yes life is not easy but maintaining good health is an option we must choose. Remember this words “you are what you eat “. And it’s true, when you just eating any food you will get problem with your digested and metabolism. And it will ruin the process of your whole body.
To maintaining good health these tips you can do every day, easy and simple
- Eat right, you must eat fresh food than junk food or processed food. Limit the intake of salty and fattening foods. Combine your daily food and eat with the reasonable portion with vegetables, fresh fruits, grains, cereals, lean chicken and turkey, fish, nuts, beans and eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Try to get some exercise every day for just 30 minutes per day it will make you feel fresh and improve the way you look. This physical activity will release your stress and tension. And when you feel the sun rays while your exercise it will release your endorphins and get vitamin D for nutrient.
- Reduce your stress with taking a deep breath and take your time by your own. Take sometimes out to laugh by watching movie, lots of smile to you or everyone around you. Try this it helps.
- Get better sleep and good rest, clear your mind and take a deep breath to get the perfect rest for you. It will bring more energy after you taking better rest.
- Maintain healthy relationship is a good drug for you. When your relationships with family, friends, husband and wife and your college are good it will provide positive outlook in life.
